Louise has 10+ years of experience in the real estate arena. She knows the buyers’ side and the listing end of real estate. She is a licensed realtor with G&M Realty and Associates where she is team manager for Mosley Boeing Group (M.B.G.), and has received the following designations: (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, (ALHS) Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, (NHCBR) New Home Construction & Buyer Representation from Champions School of Real Estate, (MRP) Military Relocation Professional from the National Association of Realtors, (PSA) Pricing Strategy Advisor, and (CRETS) Certified Real Estate Team Specialist. . She is a certified Notary Public and Signing Agent. She was a sales consultant in new home sales, and has working knowledge and expertise as a loan officer in the mortgage lending process. She received her Project Management Certification from Lone Star College. She is FEMA Certified in Disaster Recovery Relief, and is also educated in HCV Building Inspection from Nan McKay.
Louise Mosley was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from Southern University Associates Dean’s list, and then relocated her family to Houston, Texas in 1988. Louise conveys that, “Its great working in an area where there are many real estate opportunities”.
